dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se především zabývá ochrannou známkou Společenství. Cílem je uvést základní informace ohledně této známky. V první kapitole vlastního textu je definován pojem práv k nehmotným statkům, v kapitole druhé je charakterizována ochranná známka. Následující kapitoly se již zabývají ochrannou známkou Společenství, třetí kapitola se konkrétně věnuje obecným údajůmi o ochranné známce Společenství. V kapitole čtvrté je rozebráno řízení o této ochranné známce. Pátá kapitola se hlavně zaměřuje na účinky ochranné známky Společenství. V závěrečné kapitole se text zaměřuje na vliv ochranné známky Společenství na známkové právo v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is mainly focused on the Community trade mark. The purpose of this thesis is to present essential information concerning this type of trade mark. The first chapter provides a definition of intangible property law; the second chapter is focusing on the characteristics of a trade mark. In the following chapters the main subject of this thesis is addressed, the third chapter namely is concerned with fundamental facts about the Community trade mark. The fourth chapter analyses the registration procedure of the application for the Community trade mark. The fifth chapter aims to analyse the effects of the Community trade mark. The text in the sixth chapter provides information on the influence of the Community trade mark on the trade mark law in the Czech Republic.en
