dc.description.abstractV práci je řešeno téma "projekt a jeho plán". Cílem práce je popsat terminologii projektu a definovat teorii týkající se projektu a jeho plánování. Na základě teoretické části jsou vypracovány plány pro konkrétní projekt u společnosti KS-Europe s. r. o. Daný projekt je rozdělen do několika fází, ve kterých jsou popsány plány zdrojů, rozsahu, času a i plán nákladů. Do softwaru MS Project 2007 byly zadány údaje potřebné k naplánování a následnému vygenerování výstupních tabulek, diagramů nebo struktur. Výstupem práce je naplánování projektu "Zavedení přepravy zásilek po železnici" vytvořené na základě teoretické části práce. Tím byl splněn hlavní cíl práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic "project and its plan". The thesis aims to describe the terminology of a project and to define a theory concerning a project and its planning. Plans for a particular project of the company, KS-Europe s.r.o., are formulated on the basis of the theoretical part. The project is divided into several phases, in which a resource plan, a scope plan, a time plan and also a cost plan are described. Data necessary for planning and subsequent generation of output tables, diagrams or structures were entered into MS Project 2007 software. The outcome is the planning of the project entitled "Implementation of Consignment Rail Transport" created on the basis of the theoretical part of the work, thereby the main aim of the work is achieved.en
