dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je vytvoření komunikační kampaně pro vybranou společnost Borgers CS se zaměřením na nábor zaměstnanců. V úvodu práce je zpracována teoretická část, která obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů pojících se k marketingové komunikační kampani a tvoří podklad pro její následnou tvorbu. V analytické části práce byla nejprve provedena analýza trhu práce následovaná analýzou současného stavu. Na základě výstupů z analýz byl pak vytvořen návrh komunikační kampaně za využití metody 5M (mise a poslání komunikační kampaně, rozpočet, komunikační kanály, forma sdělení a hodnotící metody). Výsledný návrh komunikační kampaně je sestaven tak, aby splňoval definovaný cíl. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení, která by mohla pozitivně ovlivnit komunikační kampaň společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on the design of a communication campaign for a selected company Borgers CS with the aim of recruiting employees. At the beginning of the work is elaborated the theoretical part, which contains an explanation of the concepts of marketing communication campaign. In the analytical part of the work is analysis of the labor market, followed by an analysis of the current situation. Based on the results of the analyzes, a communication campaign proposal was created using the 5M method (mission of the communication campaign, money, media, message and measurement). The final design of the communication campaign is designed to meet the defined goal. Finally, there are recommendations that could positively affect the company's communication campaign.en
