dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je Analýza faktorů úspěšnosti AESCULUS v. o. s. - lékárny Evropská. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat vnitřní a vnější prostředí firmy, zjistit její nedostatky a najít řešení zjištěných nedostatků a doporučení pro firmu. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol: Charakteristika podniku, Mikroprostředí, Makroprostředí, SWOT analýza a Zhodnocení faktorů úspěšnosti podniku. Hlavními výstupy práce jsou analýza konkurence zejména z hlediska cen a dostupnosti zjišťovaných produktů a z hlediska otevírací doby, analýza dotazníků vyplněných zákazníky AESCULUS v. o. s., finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Poslední kapitola obsahuje mimo jiné doporučení pro firmu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the Analysis of successs on the firm AESCULUS v. o. s. - lékárna Evropská. The aim of the thesis is to analyse internal and external environs, to discover its defects and to find the solutions of discovered defects and to find the advice for the firm. The thesis is divided to five main chapters: The characteristic of the firm, The internal environs, The external environs, The SWOT analysis and The evaluation the factors of success on the firm. The main outputs of the thesis are the analysis of the competitors from the point of view of the price and the availability of inquired products and from the point of view of the opening hours, the analysis of the customers completed questionnaire, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last chapter contains besides other things several advice for the firm.en
