dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na projekt zvyšování výkonnosti společnosti Elitex Nepomuk, a. s. prostředky strategického řízení. Jedná se o českou strojírenskou firmu, která vyvíjí, vyrábí a distribuuje komponenty pro dřevoobráběcí, stavební a textilní stroje. V úvodu je představena vybraná společnost, její historie, organizační struktura a výrobní program. Další část práce se zabývá výkonností společnosti v minulých letech. Dále následuje formulace strategických východisek, analýza prostředí a výběr vhodné strategie. Po rozčlenění dlouhodobých cílů na krátkodobé je sestaven finanční plán na období 2016-2018, který je dále podroben finanční analýze. Předposlední část se věnuje analýze rizik, kterou uzavírají strategické scénáře. V poslední části jsou shrnuty veškeré poznatky z provedených analýz, součástí je i zhodnocení naplnění strategického plánu a doporučení pro jeho implementaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the project of performance improvement of the company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s by using strategic management. It is a Czech engineering company that develops, manufactures and distributes components for woodworking, construction and textile machinery. The introduction presents the selected company, its history, organizational structure and product range. Next part deals with the company's performance in recent years. This is followed by the formulation of strategic foundations, environmental analysis and selection of appropriate strategies. After division of long-term goals into short-term ones is the financial plan for the period 2016-2018 compiled, which is subjected to a financial analysis. The penultimate section is devoted to risk analysis, which is concluded by strategic scenarios. The final part summarizes all findings from the performed analyses, including an evaluation of the fulfillment of the strategic plan and recommendations for its implementation.en
