| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem této diplomové práce je problematika řízení jakosti ve zvoleném výrobním podniku. Protože kvalita je v dnešní době významným aspektem, který ovlivňuje rozhodování zákazníka, snaží se podniky řídit kvalitu co nejlépe. V textu jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti kvality a důvody, proč je nutné kvalitu řídit. Stěžejní částí práce je analýza systému řízení jakosti ve výrobním podniku Lasselsberger, s.r.o., dále používané mezinárodní, evropské a české normy kvality a nastavení vnitropodnikových norem podniku. Cílem práce je analýza dopadů změn vnitropodnikových norem na ekonomickou efektivnost podniku. V práci jsou zkoumány tři skupiny výrobků podle vybraných parametrů normy ČSN EN 14411 a jejich peněžní přínosy, resp. ztráty v případech, kdy se změní výchozí nastavení vnitropodnikových norem kvality. Pro každou skupinu výrobků je následně doporučeno přijatelné nastavení vnitropodnikových norem. Výstupy analýzy mohou být přínosné pro útvar řízení jakosti podniku, protože sám podnik tuto analýzu neprovádí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this Diploma Thesis is the issue of the quality management in a chosen manufacturing company. Companies try to manage the quality as much as they can, because quality is nowadays an important aspect that influences a customer's decision. In the text there is some theoretical knowledge of the quality and the reasons why it is necessary to control the quality. The goal of this work is the analysis of the quality management system in a manufacturing company Lasselsberger, Ltd. The other part includes the international, European and Czech quality standards and internal standards of the company. The aim is to analyze the impact of the changes in the internal standards on the economic efficiency of the company. In the thesis there are studied three groups of products according to the selected parameters of standard EN 14411 and their cash benefits, e.g. losses when the default setting of the quality standards is changed. For each product group is recommended an acceptable setting of the internal standards. Analysis outputs can be helpful for the department of quality management in the company, because the company itself does not carry out this analysis. | en |
