| dc.description.abstract | Téma bossingu v ošetřovatelství je v současné době intenzivně diskutovaným tématem zahraničních studií. Do české literatury tato problematika začíná teprve pronikat, existuje minimum studií zabývající se problematikou šikany, ve které je iniciátorem vedoucí pracovník. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů, v dalších kapitolách jsou uvedeny příčiny vzniku bossingu, jeho formy a důsledky a je zde zmíněn i legislativní rámec dané problematiky. Stěžejními kapitolami jsou bossing v ošetřovatelství a syndrom včelí královny. Praktická část diplomové práce je realizována jako kvalitativní výzkum. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vedených se šesti všeobecnými sestrami, které mají osobní zkušenost s bossingem a byla podrobena obsahové analýze a následně bylo provedeno otevřené kódování. Výsledkem práce je popsání příčin vzniku bossingu na pracovišti, samotný průběh bossingu a jeho důsledky nejen pro oběť, ale pro celou organizaci. | dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of vertical violence in nursing is currently intensively discussed in foreign studies. Nevertheless, in the Czech literature, we can only find the first few references, and there are a minimum of studies dealing with the issue of bullying in which the initiator is a senior employee. This diploma thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, subsequently the causes of bossing, its forms and consequences are presented in the following chapters. We also included the legislative framework of this issue here. Bullying in nursing and queen bee syndrome represent the critical chapters of this thesis. The practical part of the thesis is realized as a qualitative research investigation. The research materials were obtained through semi-structured interviews, conducted with six nurses who have personal experience with bossing. The data was subject of content analysis, followed by open coding. The result of the work is a description of the causes of bossing in the workplace, the course of bossing itself, and its consequences not only fot the victim but for the entire organisation. Furthemore, supportive resource that can be used in the event of bossing in the workplace are described. | en |
