| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a implementaci systému řízení rizik ve společnosti Pletiva Dobrý a Urbánek, s.r.o. První kapitola je věnována představení společnosti Pletiva Dobrý, následuje druhá a třetí kapitola, která obsahuje teoretický základ managementu rizik a uvádí některé nástroje vhodné pro analýzu rizik. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola je prakticky zaměřena a obsahuje zpracovaný katalog rizik a návrh systému řízení rizik v dané společnosti. Poslední kapitola je věnována zhodnocení navrženého systému a posouzení výhod, které společnosti zavedení systému přinese. | cs |

The first chapter is dedicated to the introduction of Pletiva Dobrý. Second and third chapters contains the theoretical basics of risk management and some suitable tools for risk analysis. The fourth and fifth chapters are practically focused on risk register and suggestions to the implementation of risk management system.
