| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma motivace pracovníků ve společnosti Technické plastové systémy s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat současné motivační faktory společnosti a navrhnout případná opatření pro jejich zkvalitnění. V první a druhé části práce je charakterizována společnost a její vnější prostředí. Třetí část práce se věnuje hlavním úkolům v rámci motivační politiky podniku. Současné motivační faktory společnosti jsou charakterizovány ve čtvrté části práce a současně jsou zde pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzovány silné a slabé stránky motivačních faktorů. Na základě zjištěných slabých stránek byla v poslední části navržena opatření pro posílení motivace zaměstnanců a byly definovány jejich přínosy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor thesis focuses on the motivation of employees in the company Technické plastové systémy s.r.o. The main aim of this thesis was to analyse current motivational factors of the company and propose potential measures for their improvement. In the first and second part of this thesis, the company and its external environment are characterized. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to the main tasks within motivational policy of the company. Current motivational factors of the company are described in the fourth part of the thesis, and concurrently strengths and weaknesses of motivational factors are analysed using the findings from a questionnaire survey. In the last part of the thesis, the measures were proposed on the basis of identified weaknesses in order to enhance the motivation of employees. | en |
