| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku poskytování a čerpání dotací, nabídnout možnosti podpory malým a středním podnikům ve formě dotací. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a vzájemných souvislostí týkajících se problematiky dotací, dále je vymezen právní rámec v oblasti poskytování dotací. Další část se věnuje procesu poskytování dotací v České republice. Poté následuje kontrola dotací a možné následky porušení rozpočtové kázně v souvislosti s poskytnutou dotací. Dále práce klasifikuje malé a střední podniky, definuje jejich postavení a význam v české ekonomice. Poslední část se zabývá analýzou možností čerpání dotací pro malé a střední podniky dle jednotlivých programů vybraných ministerstev v roce 2020. Na závěr je zhodnoceno, jak malé a střední podniky využívají možnosti čerpat dotace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Subject of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the problematics of acquiring and drawing of subsidies and the possibility of support for small and medium- sized companies. The first part of the thesis is focused on explaining of the terms and their relation concerning the problematics of subsidies. Further there is definition of the legislative scope in the field of subsidies. The next part deals with the process of providing subsidies in Czech Republic. The third part is about the control of subsidies and also explains possible consequences resulting from violation budgetary discipline. The next part the thesis classifies small and medium-sized companies and defines their standing and importance in Czech economy. The last part of the thesis it deals with the analyse of possiblities for obtaining of subsidies for small and medium-sized companies according to the programs by chosen ministries for the year 2020. At the end there is an evaluation how small and medium-sized companies are taking usage of the possibilities for obtaining subsidies. | en |
