dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o svobodě vůle. Nejprve se věnuje pojmu "svoboda", který v sobě nese více významů a proto je třeba si ujasnit, v jakém smyslu budeme "svobodu" pojímat my. Poté dokládá argumenty pro potvrzení existence svobody vůle, které opírá převážně o díla Augustina. Následně argumentuje proti svobodné vůli, přičemž se odkazuje hlavně na díla Schopenhauerova. V poslední kapitole je podán jakýsi konečný výsledek, zda tedy je vůle svobodná či nikoli, avšak závěr je takový, že ani jedno tvrzení nemůže být pokládáno za bezpodmínečně pravdivé, problematika totiž v sobě ukrývá spoustu paradoxů a protimluv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThesis deals with freedom of will. First it aims at the concept of "freedom", which carries multiple meanings, and therefore it is necessary to make clear in what sense we will take "freedom". Then it evidences arguments to confirm the existence of freedom of will, which is mainly taken from the work of Augustine. Subsequently thesis argues against free will, while referring mainly to the publications of Schopenhauer. In the last chapter is a sort of a final result, whether the will is free or not, but the conclusion is that neither of the assertions can be regarded as absolutely true, because the issue conceals many paradoxes and contradictions.en
