| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou cesty k prosperitě lyžařské školy Cool School. Cílem práce je charakteristika a analýza hlavních problémů firmy a navržení případných opatření pro zlepšení prosperity. V práci je popsána firma a dále jsou popsány vnější a vnitřní síly, ovlivňující podnik. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou charakterizovány silné a slabé stránky a příležitosti a hrozby společnosti. Pomocí segmentace trhu jsou určeny cílové segmenty, pro které jsou navržena případná opatření pro zlepšení prosperity. | cs |

The aim of the work is to describe and analyse the main problems of this firm and to suggest possible measures for prosperity improvement. In this work the firm is described and then also external and internal forces, that influence the firm, are described. Using SWOT analysis there are described the strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the firm.
