dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění a vyhodnocení růstu vybraných druhů ryb z povodí Dyje v Jihomoravském kraji, dle počtu a velikosti anulů šupin. Mezi zkoumané ryby patřil jelec tloušť (Squalius cephalus), jelec proudník (Leuciscus leuciscus), hrouzek (Gobio sp.), parma obecná (Barbus barbus) a hořavka duhová (Rhodeus sericeus). Celkem bylo chyceno 79 ryb. Z toho 18 hořavek, 18 tloušťů, 17 proudníků, 13 hrouzků a 13 parm. Šupiny byly odebrány z břišní části jejich těla. K jejich zpracování byla použita šupinnová metoda. Jednotlivě byly sledovány pod projekčním přístrojem a změřeny roční přírůstky. Získané výsledky byly vzájemně porovnány v kontextu s dalšími podobnými výzkumy. Jednotlivé údaje byly zpracovány do tabulek a zobrazeny grafickou formou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis was to identify and evaluate the growth of selected fish species from River Dyje basin in South Moravian Region, according to the number and size of the annulus scales. Among the examined fish belonged chub (Squalius cephalus), dace (Leuciscus leuciscus), gudgeon (Gobio sp.), barbel (Barbus barbus) and bitterling (Rhodeus sericeus). A total of 79 fish were caught. 18 burners, 18 chubs, 17 daces, 13 gudgeons and 13 parms of them. The scales were removed from the abdominal portion of their body. Scale method has been used for their analysis. They were individually monitored under the projection device and the annual increments were measured. The results were compared in the context of other similar studies. The Individual data were processed into charts and displayed in graphic form.en
