dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Důvody zneužívání tísňové linky integrovaného záchranného systému." je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem a fungováním integrovaného záchranného systému v České republice a charakteristikou jeho základních složek, řeší fungování a popis jednotlivých linek tísňového volání a popisuje jednotlivé druhy hovorů na tísňové linky, nejvíce pak zlomyslná volání. V praktické části bakalářská práce zjišťuje, prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, úroveň vědomostí žáků 6. ročníků ZŠ o linkách tísňového volání, zároveň se zaměřuje na jejich postoje ke zneužívání tísňových linek a zjišťuje důvody, které ke zneužívání tísňové linky vedou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis titled "Reasons for misuse of the emergency line of the emergency line of the Integrated Rescue System" is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the emergence and functioning of the Integrated Rescue System in the Czech Republic and the characteristics of its basic components, it deals with the operation and description of individual emergency call lines and describes the types of calls to emergency lines and mainly malicious calls. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, the level of knowledge of 6th grade primary school pupils regarding emergency call lines is surveyed trough a questionnaire survey, at the same time it focuses on their attitudes regarding the abuse of emergency lines and tried to work out the reasons that lead to abusing emergency lines.en
