| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kreativní účetnictví a možnosti jeho použití v rámci české účetní legislativy. V práci je vymezen pojem kreativní účetnictví, motivace k jeho použití a prevence. Kapitola o prevenci je rozdělena do tří částí. První z nich je využití flexibility právních předpisů, druhou je porušení věrného a poctivého obrazu účetnictví a třetí se zabývá nelegálními podvody. Dále se tato práce zabývá technikami kreativního účetnictví, které jsou rozděleny do tří kategorií. Těmito kategoriemi jsou window dressing, mimobilanční finacování a earnings management. Jednotlivé techniky jsou popsány a zobrazeny na ilustrativních příkladech. Kapitola o legislativě České republiky upravující účetnictví vymezuje pojem věrného a poctivého obrazu účetnictví a povinnosti při vedení účetnictví. V práci je zhodnoceno hospodaření vybrané společnosti z insolvenčního rejstříku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis is focused on creative accounting and the possibilities for its use within the Czech accounting legislation. In the thesis there is defined the term of creative accounting, the motivation for its use and the prevention. The chapter about the prevention is divided into three parts. The first of them is about the use of flexibility of legal rules, the second part is about breaking the true and fair view of accounting and the third one deals with illegal frauds. Then this thesis deals with techniques of creative accounting which are divided into three categories. These categories are window dressing, off-balance sheet and earnings management. Individual techniques are described and shown in illustrative examples. The chapter about the legislation of the Czech Republic which adapts accounting defines the term of true and fair view of accounting and the responsibilities during running accounting. In the thesis there is evaluated the management of the company chosen from insolvency register. | en |
