dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na téma komparace sportovních asociací v rámci Evropské Unie. Práce se zabývá právní úpravou, strukturou a řešení sporů v asociacích. Hlavní částí této práce je komparace stanov Fotbalové asociace České Republiky se stanovami Českého svazu ledního hokeje, Irskou fotbalovou asociací, Holandskou fotbalovou asociací a Slovenskou fotbalovou asociací.cs

It deals with relevant legislation, associations' structure and dispute settlement. The key point is the comparison of the statutes of Football association of the Czech Republic with statutes of the Czech Ice Hockey Association, the Irish Football Association, the Royal Netherlands Football Association and the Slovak Football Association.en
