| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního poměru lékaře. Analyzuje jednotlivé aspekty pracovního poměru s ohledem na platnou právní úpravu doplněnou judikaturou a věcnými příklady z oblasti zdravotnictví. Jádrem práce je problematika práce přesčas ve zdravotnictví. Diplomová práce obsahuje praktickou část, jejímž předmětem je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření na téma práce přesčas ve spojitosti s výkonem povolání lékaře. Cílem je poukázat na soustavné porušování pracovněprávních předpisů v aplikační praxi. | cs |

It analyses individual aspects of the employment relationship with regard to the applicable legislation, supplemented by case law and substantive examples from the field of healthcare. The core of the thesis is the issue of overtime work in the healthcare sector. The thesis includes a practical part, the subject of which is the evaluation of a questionnaire survey on the topic of overtime work in connection with the exercise of the medical profession.
