dc.description.abstractVe své práci v tématu ?Vznik a zánik obce? popisuji právní postavení obcí v ČR v současné době. Uvádím zákonné podmínky, které jsou platné pro vznik a zánik obce. Uvedl jsem příklady vzniku a zániku obcí v ČR v posledních letech. Rovněž jsem se soustředil na aktuální téma vzniku obcí zrušením nebo změnou vojenského újezdu. Také jsem popsal právní postavení obcí v sousedních státech naší republiky, jejich změny a reformy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedOne part of my bachelor paper focuses on the present situation of legal status of municipalities within the Czech Republic. I have listed statutory regulations valid for establishing or dissolution of a municipality. I have also given some examples of municipality establishing or dissolution in the Czech Republic from within recent years. Furthermore, I paid attention to the current topic of establishing municipalities by changes of military estates. Finally, I have described legal status of municipalities in neighboring countries of the Czech Republic, their changes and reforms.en
