dc.description.abstractPředmětem této práce je vysvětlit pojem místo činu, a to jak jeho trestněprávní význam, tak z hlediska kriminalistického. Práce se zabývá teorií místa činu, co to vlastně místo činu je, kde se nachází a co z něj můžeme získat. Dále se práce zabývá ohledáním místa činu jako samostatného procesního úkonu a jeho významu. Ohledání místa činu je věnována velká pozornost, protože na kvalitě provedeného ohledání závisí celé přípravné trestní řízení. Na ohledání místa činu bezprostředně navazuje kriminalistická dokumentace, kde se práce zaměřuje na nejnovější metody používané v kriminalistické dokumentaci. Nakonec jsem do práce přidal osobní zkušenosti, když jsem měl možnost se účastnil ohledání jako nezúčastněná osoba. Cílem této práce je tedy seznámit se základními pojmy, problémy a postupy související s místem činu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of this thesis is to explain the concept of crime scene, both its significance in criminal law and its importance as criminological act. This thesis deals with theory of crime scene, what is even crime scene, where to find it and what we can acquire from it. Furthermore this thesis deals with examination of the crime scene as a separate procedural act and its significance. Great attention is paid to the examination of crime scene, because on quality of the carried examination depends whole pre-trial investigation. The forensic documentation is direcly linked to the examination of the crime scene, this thesis is focuses on the newest methods used in forensic documentation. Eventually I added some personal experiences as non-participating person, when I had oppurtunity to attend examination. The aim of this thesis is to introduce basic concepts, problems and procedures related to the crime scene.en
