| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Majitelé zvoleného podniku si nepřejí uvádět jeho název, proto je uveden pod názvem společnost XYZ (s. r. o. a spolek). V teoretické části jsou představeny náklady, dále jejich členění, kalkulace nákladů a analýzy nákladů. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky použity na dva podniky jedné společné rodinné firmy se sídlem nedaleko Plzně. Je provedeno druhové členění nákladů, jejich analýza a konečné srovnání obou podniků. Pro praktickou část jsou použita data z let 2017, 2018 a 2019. Na základě zjištěných hodnot jsou na konci práce navržena opatření, která vedou ke snížení nákladů v obou podnicích. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of cost management in a selected business entity. The owners of the chosen company do not wish to state their company name. Therefore it is listed under the name XYZ (s. r. o. and association). The theoretical part presents the costs, their breakdown, their calculation and cost analysis. The theoretical knowledge is then applied in the practical part to two companies of one joint family company based near Pilsen. The type of costs' breakdown, their analysis and the final comparison of both companies is performed. Data used in the practical part were gathered between the years 2017 and 2019. Based on the found values, measures are proposed at the end of the work, leading to cost reduction in both companies. | en |
