dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem analýzy rizik podnikatelského projektu ve vybraném podniku. Diplomová práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky risk managementu, které jsou podkladem pro zpracování praktické části. Práce je zpracována ve společnosti CZ Carbon Products s.r.o., která se zabývá zejména výrobou produktů z grafitu. V úvodní části je představena vybraná společnost, naformulována strategická východiska a provedena analýza prostředí. Dále je představen konkrétní podnikatelský projekt a sestaven finanční plán. Na základě identifikovaných rizikových faktorů jsou definována doporučující opatření s cílem tyto rizikové faktory ošetřit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this is risk analysis of the business project in the selected company. It summarizes theoretical knowledge of this risk management and builds on this in the practical part of the thesis. The company selected for the thesis elaboration is CZ Carbon Products s.r.o. and engaged in the manufacturing of graphite products. There is an introduction of CZ Carbon Products s.r.o. in the first part. Furthermore, there is a formulation of company mission, vision as well as strategic goals and an environmental analysis. The thesis then introduces the concrete business project and deals with the establishment of a financial plan. Based on identified risk factors, it defines action points and measures to mitigate these risks.en
