dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou prožívání mateřství z pohledu matek-prvorodiček. Mapuje základní změny, které mateřství přináší, a nahlíží na ně z pozice samotných matek. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj mateřské role po současnost a jsou analyzovány základní problémy, se kterými se ženy potýkají, když se rozhodnou pro založení rodiny. Důraz je kladen na subjektivnost prožívání mateřství a možné komplikace, které ženám brání v přijetí mateřské role. Kladné psychické vyladění matky má značný vliv na bezproblémový průběh těhotenství a porodu a přímo ovlivňuje psychickou i fyzickou pohodu dítěte.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper deals with an issue of experiences during maternity from the perspective of mothers-primiparas. It points out the main changes which maternity brings and look at them from the point of view of mothers themselves. In the theoretical part the development of maternity role to the present day is described and the fundamental problems that women face when they decide to start a family are analyzed there. It emphasizes the subjective experience of motherhood and the possible complications that women face in order to accept their maternity role. Positive mental state of the mother has a significant impact for smooth course of pregnancy and childbirth and it directly affects the mental and physical well being of the child.en
