dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá účtováním v neziskových organizacích se zaměřením na nadační fondy. Práce vymezuje v teoretické rovině neziskové organizace, jejich historický vývoj, členění, zákonné předpoklady a způsoby financování. Na základě platné právní legislativy je provedena charakteristika nadačních fondů. Poté jsou specifikovány účetní a daňové aspekty nadačních fondů. Praktická část vychází z teoretických poznatků a je zaměřena na konkrétní Nadační fond Incrementum. Nejprve je provedena analýza účetních aspektů. Podstatná část je zaměřena na účtování darů a daňových aspektů darů. Poté je provedena komparace účtování a daňových aspektů nadačního fondu s podnikatelským subjektem. Součástí práce je také zpracovaná příloha k účetní závěrce. Zjištěné výsledky jsou formulovány v závěru práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis deals with the accounting of non-profit organizations with a focus on endowment funds. The work defines the theoretical non-profit organizations, their historical development, classification, statutory requirements and funding. On the basic of the applicable law legislation is a characteristic of endowment funds. After that the accounting and tax aspects of endowment funds are specified. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge and is focused on a specific endowment fund Incrementum. First, it analyzes the accounting aspects. A substantial part focuses on the accounting and tax aspects of donations. The comparison of the accounting and tax aspects of the fund with the business entity follows. The work also processes notes to the financial statements. The results are formulated in the conclusion.en
