dc.description.abstractPredlozena prace je zamerena na on-line marketing vybraneho hotelu.V praci byl zpracovan v ramci teoreticke casti uvod do problematiky on-line marketing a jeho vyuziti v hotelnictvi, komunikacniho mixu v ramci hotelnictvi, ale take do problematiky vyuziti socialnich siti v marketingu hotelu. V prakticke casti nasledovala analyza komunikacniho mixu, webovych stranek hotelu, vyuziti socialnich siti jako nastroje on-line marketingu, ale take porovnani vybraneho hotelu s konkurenci.Na zaver prace je zhodnoceni on-line marketingu hotelu, na jehoz zaklade jsou vypracovana doporuceni zmen.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on online marketing of a selected hotel.The theoretical part of the work was an introduction to the issues of on-line marketing and its use in the hotel industry, the communication mix in the hotel industry, but also the use of social networks in hotel marketing. The practical part was followed by an analysis of the communication mix, hotel websites, the use of social networks as a tool of online marketing, but also a comparison of the selected hotel with its competition.At the end of the work is the evaluation of the online marketing of the hotel, on the basis of which recommendations for changes are developed.en
