| dc.description.abstract | Autor této práce se věnuje institutu agenturního zaměstnávání. V práci definuje hlavní pojmy související s institutem a popisuje jeho historický vývoj na našem území. Autor se dále věnuje současné právní úpravě obsažené jak v předpisech soukromoprávní, tak v předpisech veřejnoprávní povahy. Hlavním tématem jsou povinnosti agentury práce vyplývající z veřejnoprávních předpisů. Cílem je poskytnout návod případnému žadateli o povolení ke zprostředkování zaměstnání. | cs |

Mainly on working relationships, dependent work and subjekcts. Second chapter is dedicated to history of institute, which is relatively brief. In third chapter author describes national form and in fourth chapter author describes international forms and how its connected with national form. Main topic is contained in last chapter. In last chapter are described duties of an personal agency which are contained in a public law regulations.
