dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá tématem bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Věnuje se vývoji BOZP v průběhu dějin. Úvodní část je věnována vysvětlení pojmů BOZP a pojmům s ním souvisejícím. Dále zpracovává oblast ochrany zdraví a prevence rizik. Druhá část práce pojednává o právní úpravě BOZP jak na úrovni České republiky či Evropské unie, tak na úrovni mezinárodní. Další část práce se zabývá inspekcí práce jako důležitého subjektu kontroly nad dodržováním právních předpisů. Poslední část práce je praktická a zaměřuje se na oblast školství a jeho současné výzvy v oblasti BOZP.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the topic of occupational health and safety (OSH). It focuses on the development of OSH throughout history. The next section is dedicated to the explanation of OSH and related concepts. It further elaborates on health protection and risk prevention. The second part of the thesis concerns the legal regulation of OSH at the level of the Czech Republic, the European Union and at the international level.The following section addresses Labour Inspection as an important entity responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation. The final part of the thesis is practical, focusing on the field of education and its current challenges in OSH.en
