| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Daňová a účetní specifika jednotlivých právních forem podnikání" se zaměřuje na daňová a účetní specifika jednotlivých právních forem podnikání v České republice. Cílem první části práce je představení jednotlivých právních forem podnikání, které jsou k dispozici pro podnikatele v České republice, a následně charakterizovat jejich účetní a daňové aspekty. Konkrétně se jedná o osoby samostatně výdělečně činné, společnosti s ručením omezeným, akciové společnosti, veřejné obchodní společnosti a komanditní společnosti. Ve druhé části práce je představen vybraný podnikatelský subjekt, který je následně analyzován z účetního a daňového pohledu. Práce je zakončena vlastním zhodnocením a doporučením pro vybranou společnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor's thesis on the topic of "Tax and Accounting Specifics of Individual Legal Forms of Business" focuses on the tax and accounting specifics of individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to introduce the various legal forms of business available to entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, and characterize their accounting and tax aspects. Specifically, these include self-employed individuals, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, public trading companies, and limited partnerships. The second part of the thesis presents a selected business entity, which is then analyzed from an accounting and tax perspective. The Bachelor's thesis is concluded with my own evaluation and recommendation for the selected company. | en |
