dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem "Botanická studie PP Otmíčská hora" se zabývá mapováním vegetace na tomto území a zvláště pak inventarizací vzácných, ohrožených a invazních druhů rostlin. Při mapování v terénu bylo determinováno 146 taxonů cévnatých rostlin z toho 5 zástupců invazních, 12 vzácných a ohrožených druhů a 14 druhů mechorostů. Dále byly vyhotoveny návrhy na nové informační panely a vytvořena internetová stránka, která se návštěvníkům zobrazí po načtení QR kódu z tabule příslušnou aplikací. Pro chráněné území byl navrhnut management, který je zaměřen převážně na eradikaci invazních druhů. Po rozdělení na 4 menší plochy byly na území vyhotoveny fytocenologické snímky. Determinované druhy vzácných, ohrožených a invazních rostlin byly porovnány s taxony lokalit PP Trubínský vrch a PP Stará Ves.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDissertation thesis "Botanical study of PP Otmíčská hora" examines the vegetation of this location and creates an inventory of rare, endangered and invasive species of plants. 146 taxa of vascular plants were found during the field mapping , 5 taxa of those were invasive, 12 taxa were rare and endangered. In addition to that 14 species of mosses were found. Drafts of new information boards and a website were designed, to give the visitors more information. The website can be accessed using the QR code from the information boards and a smartphone with internet connection and QR code reader application. A management of the protected area was designed with the main focus on eradication of invasive species. The site was divided into for smaller areas in which the phytosociological relevés were made. The determined rare, endangered and invasive plant species were compared with taxa from locations PP Trubínský vrch and PP Stará Ves.en
