dc.description.abstractTéma této bakalářské práce je "Analýza jazykového ztvárnění konkrétních jídelních lístků v restauracích v německo-českém pohraničí". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je definován jídelní lístek a jsou krátce uvedena typická jídla německé a české kuchyně. Hlavním bodem teoretické části je jazykové ztvárnění, které se dělí na lexikální, morfologickou a syntaktickou část. V praktické části je provedena jazyková analýza konkrétních německých a českých jídelních lístků. Je zkoumán například výskyt výpůjček a cizích slov, tvoření slov, přívlastky a příčestí. Cílem této práce je srovnat jazykové ztvárnění německých a českých jídelních lístků a představit jejich podobné a rozdílné znaky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe name of this bachelor thesis is "Analysis of Linguistic Interpretation of Concrete menus in the Restaurants in the Czech-German border area". The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is "menu" defined and the typical food of German and Czech cuisine is shortly introduced. The main point of the theoretical part is the linguistic interpretation which is divided into lexical, morphological and syntactical part. In the practical part are analysed the concrete Czech and German menus. There are analysed for example the occurrence of borrowings and foreign words, word formation, attributes and participles. The aim of this thesis is to compare the linguistic interpratation of the Czech and German menus and to introduce their similarities and differences.en
