| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá malými a středními podniky, konkrétně jejich podporou. V první části práce jsou charakterizovány MSP a jejich význam. Obsahem této části je také vedle souhrnu výhod a nevýhod MSP i uvedení některých forem spolupráce MSP. V druhé části je představen vybraný podnikatelský subjekt z kategorie MSP. Tento subjekt se nazývá Autometal, spol. s r. o. a působí v oboru výfukových systémů. Třetí část je zaměřena na samotnou podporu podnikání malých a střední podniků. Jsou v ní definovány základní pojmy související s podporou podnikání MSP, zmíněny některé způsoby členění podpor, uvedeny základní strategické priority Koncepce podpory MSP 2014+ a představeny Operační programy pro programové období 2014-2020. Obsahem je, kromě analýzy využívání podpor Středočeským krajem v roce 2013, i popis některých subjektů spjatých s poskytováním podpory podnikání. Ve čtvrté části je provedena analýza využívání podpory podnikání ve společnosti Autometal. V závěrečné části jsou Autometalu navrženy další možnosti využívání podpory. Součástí této části je také kalkulace nákladů, které by musely být vynaloženy na zrealizování některých návrhů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with small and medium enterprises, particularly with their support. In the first part of the thesis small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and their importance are described. Apart from advantages and disadvantages of SMEs there are also considered some forms of cooperation of SMEs in this part. In the second part the particular business entity from the category SMEs is introduced. The entity is called Autometal Ltd. and it belongs to the field of exhaust systems. The third part is focused on the entrepreneurship support of the small and medium enterprises as such. In this part basic terms connected with the entrepreneurship support of SMEs are defined, some of the ways of distinguishing of the support are mentioned, basic strategic priorities of the Support concept of SMEs 2014+ are listed and the Operational programs for program period 2014-2020 are introduced. The content of this part is apart from the using of the support by Central Bohemia Region in 2013 also the description of the entities connected with providing of the support in the entrepreneurship. In the fourth part the basic analysis of the entrepreneurship support in the company Autometal is performed. In the final part further possibilities of use of support are suggested for Autometal. One of the components of this part is also the calculation of the costs, which would have to be expended for the realization of some suggestions. | en |
