dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem Profese učitele na 1. stupni ZŠ (pohled rodičů a veřejnosti) se zaměřuje na zjištění, jak je učitelská profese vnímána dvěma odlišnými skupinami - rodiči žáků 1. stupně ZŠ a širokou veřejností. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakteristice profese učitele, vymezení jeho kompetencí, legislativnímu rámci a specifikům práce na 1. stupni. Dále se zabývá vnímáním této profese z hlediska rodiny a společnosti. V praktické části byl realizován kvantitativní výzkum formou dvou dotazníkových šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké vlastnosti a dovednosti jsou považovány za klíčové pro ideálního učitele, jaká je společenská prestiž této profese a jaké návrhy by podle respondentů vedly ke zlepšení její kvality. Práce přináší aktuální pohled na postavení učitele v české společnosti a může sloužit jako podklad k úvahám o zvýšení prestiže učitelského povolání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis entitled Profession of a teacher at the first level of primary school (parent's and public's view) focuses on how the teaching profession is perceived by two different groups - parents of primary 1 pupils and the general public. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the teaching profession, the definition of its competences, the legislative framework and the specifics of the work at the first level. It also deals with the perception of this profession from the point of view of the family and society. In the practical part, quantitative research was carried out in the form of two questionnaire surveys. The aim of the research was to find out what qualities and skills are considered to be key for an ideal teacher, what is the social prestige of this profession and what suggestions would lead to improving its quality according to the respondents. The paper provides an up-to-date view of the position of teachers in Czech society and can serve as a basis for reflection on increasing the prestige of the teaching profession.en
