dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se věnuje rozboru aktivit a financování konkrétní neziskové organizace. První část je teoretická a autorka zde charakterizuje neziskový sektor jako celek a rozdělení neziskových organizací dle různých forem. Dále se autorka podrobněji zabývá legislativou neziskových organizací. V další kapitole jsou vysvětleny základní marketingové pojmy a závěr teoretické části je věnován způsobům financování neziskových organizací. V praktické části autorka představuje vybranou neziskovou organizaci, její poslání a cíle, nabízené služby a cílové skupiny. Dále popisuje jednotlivé aktivity organizace a aplikuje marketing z teoretické části do praktické. V této části lze nalézt autorčiny návrhy na zlepšení prezentování se na veřejnosti a návrhy marketingových analýz. Závěr práce je věnován rozboru financování organizace a návrhům na zlepšení hospodaření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis introduces the analysis of activities and the financing of specific non-profit organization. The first part is theoretical and the author here characterizes the non-profit sector as a whole and the distribution of non-profit organizations under different forms. Furthermore, the author details the legislation of non-profit organizations. The next chapter explains the basic concepts of marketing and the end of the theoretical part is devoted to ways of financing non-profit organizations. In the practical part, the author presents selected non-profit organization, its mission and objectives , services offered and target groups . It also describes the various activities of the organization and marketing of applying theoretical to the practical part. In this section, can be found the author's suggestions for improving the presentation to the public and marketing analysis. The conclusion is devoted to the analysis of the financing of the organization and proposals for improve the economy.en
