| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se věnuje benchmarkingu ve veřejné správě, jehož cílem je analyzovat a hodnotit jeho využití ke zvyšování efektivity, kvality a transparentnosti veřejných služeb, zejména v České republice. Teoretická část definuje benchmarking, jeho historický vývoj, metodologii a typy. Ukazuje, že jde o systematický proces s širokým uplatněním ve veřejném i soukromém sektoru. Praktická část se zaměřuje na srovnání úrovně digitalizace ČR s průměrem EU27 na základě dat eGovernment Benchmark 2024. | cs |
