dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je jednoduchá analýza kompartmentových modelů. V první fázi se budeme zabývat zástupci ze spojitého přístupu, kterými jsou SIR modely. Dále si uvedeme zástupce s diskrétním časem, mezi které patří celulární automaty. V druhé fázi bude snaha o konstrukci vlastního jednoduchého modelu, který bude vycházet z Greensberg-Hastingsnova celulárního automatu. Vytvoříme základní analýzu a případné simulace.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work's aim is simple analysis of compartment models. In the first part we will follow up the SIR models, which belong to the continuous approach. In contrast we will show cellular automats - models with discrete time. In the second part we will try to construct a simple model, which will be based on Greenberg-Hastings cellular automat. Finally we will make some simulations and analyse this model.	en
