| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru. Práce obsahuje základní pojmy, popisuje okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, včetně neplatného zrušení pracovního poměru a judikatury. Práce také obsahuje zahraniční exkurz, kde je porovnávána právní úprava okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru se Slovenskem. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku a přispět k větší informovanosti a ochraně práv zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů. | cs |
