dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice "Neurotické poruchy v dětském věku". V práci jsou analyzovány jednotlivé poruchy, zejména úzkostné poruchy a fobie, které jsou u dětí nejčastější. Pozornost je dále věnována popisu obsedantně-kompulzivní poruchy, reakci na závažný stres a poruchy přizpůsobení, disociačně (kompulzivních) poruch, somatoformním poruchám a poruchám se specifickým vznikem v dětství. U každé kapitoly uvádím příčiny vzniku, výskyt a následnou léčbu. Výzkum mapuje úzkostnost dětí 1. stupně s využitím upravené verze dotazníku CPQ. Tento dotazník byl určen rodičům těchto dětí a sloužil ke zjištění úzkosti a psychosomatických potíží. V doplňující části je přiložen rozhovor s dětskou psycholožkou, kde se bavíme o četnosti výskytu jednotlivých poruch u dětí a jak probíhá jejich následná léčba.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is devoted to the problems of "Neurotic disorders of children´s age". The study analyses the individual disorders, in particular anxiety and phobia, which are most frequently found in children. Attention is also paid to the description of the obsessive-compulsive disorder, somatoform disorders and disorders with a specific inception in childhood. Every chapter includes causes of the inception, occurrence and subsequent therapy. The investigation surveys anxiety in elementary school children by using a specially adjusted version of the CP Questionnaire. This questionnaire was designed for the parents of such children, in order to identify anxiety and psychosomatic problems. In the supplementary part of the thesis there is an interview with a psychologist, dealing with the frequency of occurrence of individual disorders in children, together with the progress of the subsequent therapy.en
