dc.description.abstractTato rigorózní práce se zabývá tématem bytového spoluvlastnictví a zaměřuje se na zvláštní práva a povinnosti vlastníků jednotek. Jejím obsahem je sumarizace a popis zvláštních práv a povinností vlastníků jednotek a současně i zhodnocení některých dalších práv a povinností vlastníků jednotek, která sice nejsou typická výhradně pro oblast bytové spoluvlastnictví, přesto však v poměrech bytového spoluvlastnictví požívají určitých specifik, respektive jsou se zvláštními právy a povinnostmi vlastníků jednotek úzce spojeny. Cílem této rigorózní práce je komplexní zpracování uvedené problematiky, a to se zohledněním změn v právní úpravě, ke kterým došlo účinností zákona č. 163/2020 Sb., kterým se mění zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a další související zákony.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Rigorosum Thesis deals with residential co-ownership and focuses on special rights and obligations of the unit owners. It summarizes and describes the special rights and obligations of the unit owners and assesses some other rights and obligations of the unit owners, at the same time, which are not typical solely for the area of the residential co-ownership but still show certain specific features in the conditions of the residential co-ownership or are closely related to the special rights and obligations of the unit owners. The objective of this Rigorosum Thesis is comprehensive elaboration on the issues specified above taking into account amendments to the legal regulation made as of the day of effect of Act No. 163/2020 Coll., amending Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, and other related acts.en
