dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřená na implementaci systému řízení rizik v organizaci ARTEO CZ. Autorka v úvodní části práce představuje podnik ARTEO CZ, jeho strategické cíle, plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztráty a plánovanou rozvahu. Dále se autorka zabývá analýzou externího a interního prostředí zvoleného podniku a stanovuje matice EFE a IFE. Na analýzu prostředí autorka navázala kapitolou věnovanou managementu rizik. V této části identifikovala rizika, která vyplývají z provedené analýzy prostředí. Identifikovaná rizika autorka podrobila expertnímu hodnocení a dle stanovené hranice Risk Appetite vyvodila klíčová rizika. Následně autorka posoudila citlivost klíčových rizik na změny faktorů, které tato rizika ovlivňují, prostřednictvím analýzy citlivosti. V poslední části práce autorka navrhuje opatření vhodná k ošetření klíčových rizik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the risk management system in the organization called ARTEO CZ. In the first part of the thesis the author introduces the company ARTEO CZ, the strategic goals of the company, projected profit and loss statement and projected balanced sheet. Furthermore, the author anylyzes the external and internal environment of the company and formulates EFE and IFE matrices. Based on the analysis, the following part of the thesis is focused on the risk management. In this part the author identifies risks arising from the environment analysis. Identified risks are evaluated and according to the Risk Appetite limits the author determines the key risks. Then the author, using sensitivity analysis, reviews the sensitivity of key risks regarding changes of the factors which influence these risks. In the last part of the thesis the author proposes measures suitable for the treatment of key risks.en
