dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením neziskových organizací. Cílem práce je posoudit hospodaření a naplňování poslání organizace Člověk v tísni v průběhu let 2018-2023. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a vymezuje základní charakteristiky neziskových organizací, včetně jejich financování. Dále je představeno jejich hospodaření, se zaměřením na ukazatele potřebné pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části je, pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů a Balanced Scorecard, posouzeno hospodaření a naplňování poslání organizace Člověk v tísni v průběhu sledovaných let. Poslední část je věnována zhodnocení hospodaření a navržení vhodných doporučení na základě získaných poznatků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the management of non-profit organizations. The aim of the thesis is to assess the management and fulfilment of the mission of People in Need during 2018-2023. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and defines the basic characteristics of non-profit organizations, including their financing. Next, their management is presented, focusing on the indicators needed for the practical part. In the practical part, using selected financial indicators and the Balanced Scorecard, the management and fulfilment of the mission of People in Need is assessed over the years under review. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of the management and the proposal of appropriate recommendations based on the findings.en
