| dc.description.abstract | Cílem předložené diplomové práce bylo vytvořit soubor hlavních úkolů motivační politiky ve společnosti Bezreklamky s.r.o. tak, aby přímo podporoval strategický záměr firmy a pomohl k dosažení strategických cílů společnosti. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na představení společnosti a formulaci jejího strategického plánu. Za pomoci metodiky Balanced Scorecard jsou stanoveny dílčí úkoly pro sledování a řízení strategických cílů společnosti. Druhá část se plně věnuje hlavnímu tématu motivace nejprve za popisu stávající motivační politiky společnosti, která je za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci zhodnocena. Následně je sestaven soubor hlavních úkolů v rámci motivační politiky a navržena vhodná metodika pro řízení požadované výkonnosti zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou identifikována možná rizika působící na zvolenou metodiku včetně ekonomického zhodnocení navrženého souboru úkolů motivační politiky společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this diploma thesis was to create a series of motivational policy tasks at Bezreklamky company for the direct support of strategic plan of the company and helpful for achieving the strategic targets. The first part of this diploma thesis is focused on the company introduction and formulation of its strategic plan. There are defined subtasks for monitoring and managing the strategic targets of the company by the help of Balanced Scorecard. The second part is fully focused on the main topic of motivation by the destription of the current company motivation policy which is evaluated with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews with employees. Then there is completed the set of the main tasks of the motivational policy and designed an appropriate methodology to control the required employee performance. Possible risks of the identified methodology including an economic evaluation of the proposed set of motivational policy tasks are involved in the conlusion of this thesis. | en |
