dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá místem činu a jeho trestněprávním významem. Pojednává o místě činu z pohledu trestního práva hmotného i z pohledu trestního práva procesního. Místu činu se věnuje i z pohledu kriminalistiky a popisuje kriminalisticky významná místa, kterými jsou místo nálezu a místo zjištění. V práci je popsán způsob zachycení místa činu pro účely trestního řízení, kterým je jeho ohledání. Jsou zde uvedeny nejvýznamnější druhy ohledání, obecné i specifické zásady ohledání, jeho subjekty, průběh ohledání a samozřejmě i způsob jeho dokumentace pro účely trestního řízení. Samostatná kapitola je věnována stopám. Popisuje stopy paměťové i materiální a také se zabývá způsobem jejich dělení dle odvětví kriminalistiky, která se danými stopami zabývají, způsobem jejich zjišťování a zajišťování a pozornost je věnována také významu stop.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the scene of crime and its criminal law significance. It approaches the crime scene from the point of view of both criminal substantive law and criminal procedural law. It also deals with the crime scene from the perspective of criminology and describes criminally important sites, namely the site of discovery and the offence location. The thesis describes the way of recording the crime scene for the purpose of criminal proceedings, i.e. its examination. The most prominent types of examination are given here, as well as general and specific principles of examination, its subjects, the course of the examination and, of course, the method of its documentation for the purposes of criminal proceedings. A separate chapter is dedicated to clues and traces. It describes memory and material traces and also focuses on the method of their categorisation according to different branches of criminology which deal with the given traces, the way of locating and securing them, and attention is paid to the meaning of traces too.en
