dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou a ekonomickým stavem trhu s nemovitostmi v České republice. Analyzuje klíčové faktory ovlivňující ceny nemovitostí, včetně nabídky a poptávky, úrokových sazeb, inflace a vládních regulací. Práce také hodnotí dopad technologického pokroku na realitní trh, zejména digitalizaci, online platformy a využití blockchainu v katastru nemovitostí. Cílem práce je posoudit, jak právní a ekonomické aspekty formují realitní trh a jaké trendy lze očekávat v budoucnosti.cs

It analyzes key factors influencing property prices, including supply and demand, interest rates, inflation, and government regulations. The thesis also examines the impact of technological advancements on the real estate market, particularly digitalization, online platforms, and the use of blockchain in land registry systems. The aim of the thesis is to assess how legal and economic aspects shape the real estate market and what trends can be expected in the future.en
