dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy podniku Member s.r.o. a představit několik variant využití pozemku, který se nachází v blízkosti podniku. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy strategického řízení, strategické analýzy a metod využívaných při strategické analýze. Poznatky z teoretické práce jsou aplikovány v praktické části. V praktické části je popsána strategická analýza podniku a navrženy varianty rozšíření podniku a využití pozemku. Informace využité pro praktickou část, byly získány polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s majitelem společnosti panem Miroslavem Malým a dlouholetým pracovníkem panem Janem Maškem starším. Získané informace byly využity pro návrh variant. Finanční plán byl sestaven a konzultován s paní účetní Ivetou Vlachovou. Závěrem práce jsou varianty využití pozemku shrnuty a doporučen postup pro využití pozemku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Member s.r.o. and introduce several options for the use of land located near the company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic analysis and methods used in strategic analysis. The findings from the theoretical work are applied in the practical part. The practical part describes the strategic analysis of the company and suggests variants of business expansion and land use. The information used for the practical part was obtained by a semi-structured interview with the owner of the company, Mr. Miroslav Malý, and a long-term employee, Mr. Jan Mašek senior. The obtained information was used to design variants. The financial plan was drawn up and consulted with the accountant Iveta Vlachová. At the end of the work, the variants of land use are summarized and the procedure for land use is recommended.en
