dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma, jak motivovat zaměstnance ve veřejné organizaci Střední škola stravování a služeb. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stav motivování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v dané organizaci a popsat fungování odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce ve své teoretické části popisuje pojmy motivace a spokojenosti, pojem demotivace, platy, mzdy a platové tarify zaměstnanců. V praktické části autor představil organizaci, popsal strukturu zaměstnanců a vypracoval SWOT analýzu motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V dalších kapitolách je prezentováno provedené dotazníkové šetření v organizaci a zhodnocení dotazníkové části. Na základě dotazníku autor navrhuje možnosti zlepšení aktuálního stavu v organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of how to motivate employees in public organization Secondary School of Catering and Services. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the state of motivation and satisfaction of employees in the given organization and to describe the functioning of employee remuneration. The thesis in its theoretical part describes the concepts of motivation and satisfaction, the concept of demotivation, salaries, wages and salaries of employees. In the practical part, the author introduced the organization, described the structure of employees and elaborated a SWOT analysis of motivation and employee satisfaction. The following chapters present the questionnaire survey in the organization and evaluation of the questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire, the author suggests ways to improve the current state of the organization.en
