dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou nohy a následnou pohybovou intervencí zaměřující se na plosku nohy, a to u dětí s diagnózou poruchy autistického spektra. Cílem práce bylo na základě diagnostiky sestavit soubor cviků nejen na podporu nožní klenby, ale i na celkové zlepšení držení těla a postury. V první část diplomové práce se zaměřujeme na samotnou poruchu autistického spektra, její charakteristické znaky, projevy a klasifikaci. Druhá část se zabývá problematikou nohy, její anatomií, fyziologií, vývojem a nejčastějšími vadami spojenými s postavením nohy. V neposlední řadě se zabývá vyšetřovacími postupy a metodami hodnocení nožní klenby. Praktická část diplomové práce zahrnuje kazuistiku 3 dětí s PAS a jejich diagnostiku nohy pomocí Podoscopu. Získané plantogramy z vyšetření byly vyhodnoceny metodou dle Mayerovi linie. Součástí práce je popis vytvořené pohybové intervence zaměřené na podporu a správnou funkci nohy. Intervence byla aplikována po dobu 3 měsíců a následně byl vyhodnocen stav nožní klenby po ukončení pohybové intervence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the diagnosis of the foot and the subsequent movement intervention focusing on the sole of the foot, in children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. The aim of the work was based on diagnostics to compile a set of exercises not only to support the arch of the foot, but also to improve the overall posture and posture. In the first part of the diploma thesis we focus on the autism spectrum disorder itself, its characteristics, manifestations and classification. The second part deals with the issue of the foot, its anatomy, physiology, development and the most common defects associated with the position of the foot. Last but not least, it deals with examination procedures and methods of foot arch evaluation. The practical part of the diploma thesis includes a case report of 3 children with ASD and their foot diagnosis using Podoscop. The planograms obtained from the examination were evaluated by the Mayer line method. Part of the work is a description of the created movement intervention focused on the support and proper function of the foot. The intervention was applied for 3 months and then the condition of the arch of the foot was evaluated after the end of the movement intervention.en
