dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním obchodního plánu pro podnik CZECHMONT, spol. s r. o. působící v odvětví výroby transformátorů a zdrojů síťového napětí. Obchodní plán firmy je zaměřen na vstup na švýcarský trh a slouží jako interní dokument firmy. V práci je oddělena teoretická část od praktické. V první teoretické části je popsána zejména struktura a možnosti financování obchodních plánů a základní seznámení se zahraničním obchodem. V druhé části je sestaven konkrétní obchodní plán s charakteristikou podniku, popisem podnikatelské příležitosti, definicí produktu, marketingovou a finanční analýzou, projektovým plánem obsahující logický rámec projektu a Ganttův diagram a v poslední části obchodního plánu je analýza případných rizik spojených s realizací záměru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis is devoted to the elaboration of a business plan for the company CZECHMONT, s. r. o. engaged in the manufacturing of transformers and main voltage sources. The business plan of the company is focused on entering the Swiss market and serves as an internal document of the company. In this thesis there are two separate parts; theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is a description of the structure and financing methods of business plans as well as basic understanding of foreign trade. In the second part there is a business plan with the characteristics of the company, description of the business opportunities, definiton of the product, marketing and the financial analysis, project plan containing the logical frame approach as well as Gantt chart. In the final part of practical part there is an analysis of potential risks.en
