dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je vznik podnikatelského subjektu zabývajícího se pěstováním Japonských topolů. V první části je popsán postup při pěstování této dřeviny a dále také možnosti jejího využití a možné dotace udělované na zemědělskou půdu. V druhé a třetí části jsou postupně vysvětleny pojmy: podnikání, podnikatel, podnik a živnost a jednotlivé kroky při zakládání společnosti s ručením omezeným. Poslední a nejobsáhlejší část obsahuje zpracovaný podnikatelský plán, jehož součástí jsou základní informace o podniku, analýza trhu, marketingový plán, finanční plán a analýza rizik. Na závěr práce jsou dle výsledků analýz a výpočtů zhodnoceny budoucí možnosti rozvoje tohoto podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is a start of business subject dealing with growing Japanese poplars. The first part of the thesis describes the procedure for the cultivation of the trees and possibilities of its use and possible subsidies granted to agricultural land. In the second and third parts of the thesis are gradually clear up terms: business, businessman, establishment and trade, and the individual steps of stowing a limited liability company. The last and most extensive part included a business plan in which is implemented basic information about a company, market analysis, marketing plan, financial plan, and risk analysis. At the end of this thesis are on base results of analysis and calculations evaluated future possibilities of development of this company.en
