dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace, konkrétně Konzervatoře, Plzeň, Kopeckého sady 10, která je zřízena Plzeňským krajem. Práce se v úvodu věnuje problematice neziskových organizací, konkrétně pak příspěvkovým organizacím. Dále je popsáno jejich finanční hospodaření, fondy příspěvkových organizací a financování školství v České republice. Zbývající část práce je zpracována na základě interních účetních materiálů. Obsahem této části je charakteristika vybrané příspěvkové organizace, analýza vývoje hospodaření a provedení finanční analýzy. Výstupem práce je návrh výroční zprávy o hospodaření, kterou škola každoročně vypracovává. Návrh struktury výroční zprávy může být využit při dalším vypracování zprávy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted work is focused on the analysis of the economy of the particular allowance organization, specifically Conservatoire, Pilsen, Park of Kopecky 10, which is established by the Pilsen region. The work applies to the problem of the non-profit organizations at the beginning, specifically allowance organizations. Afterwards is described their financial management, funds of allowance organizations and financing of the education in the Czech republic. The remaining part the work is based on internal accounting materials. The content of this part is characterization of the chozen allowance organization, the analysis of the development of the management and realization of the financial analysis. The output of the thesis is concept of the annual economic report which is worked out by the school. The concept of the structure of report could be used in the next report.en
