Abstract
Článek se zabývá praktickou aplikací dvou posledních novel exekučního řádu. Obě upravují zastavování exekuce a také paušální náhradu spojenou se zastavením bezvýsledných exekucí pro exekutory.
The article deals with the practical application of the two latest amendments to the enforcement order. Both regulate mortgage foreclosures as well as flat-rate compensation associated with stopping fruitless executions for executors.
