| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávací procesy ve společnosti Sokolovská uhelná, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnocení stávajících vzdělávacích aktivit v organizaci z pohledu jejích účastníků. Na základě zjištěných informací dále navrhnout opatření na zlepšení. První část práce je tvořena rešerší literatury a seznamuje čtenáře s všeobecně platnými informacemi. Praktická část práce zkoumá vzdělávací procesy ve vybraném podniku. Pro zhodnocení daného tématu bylo využito dotazníkového šetření. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení od respondentů a autorky bakalářské práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on educational processes in Sokolovská uhelná, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the existing educational activities in the organization from the point of view of its participants. On the basis of the information gathered, propose further measures for improvement. The first part of the thesis is a literature search and informs the reader with generally valid information. The practical part examines the educational processes in the selected company. A questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the topic. At the end of the bachelor thesis there are presented suggestions and recommendations from the respondents and author of the bachelor thesis. | en |
